Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through the StackFast Store. It is written for plain-language buyer notice and does not replace a signed enterprise agreement when one exists.

One-time audit purchases

One-time audit purchases are refundable until StackFast begins substantive fulfillment for that audit. Substantive fulfillment includes intake review, research, analysis, report drafting, or delivery work tied to the purchased audit. After fulfillment begins, the purchase is generally non-refundable, but StackFast may provide a correction, refinement, credit, or partial refund when the delivered work materially misses the purchased scope.

Subscriptions and recurring plans

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Unless a product page or written agreement says otherwise, subscription charges already incurred are not automatically refundable. If you cancel, access continues through the end of the paid period and future renewals stop.

Clarity Commitment

If a StackFast analysis or audit does not provide clear direction within the purchased scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and may provide one refinement pass, a credit toward a related StackFast purchase, or another commercially reasonable remedy.

How to request a refund review

Use the contact form with the billing email, product name, purchase date, and the reason for the request. We review refund requests in good faith and may ask for additional information before deciding.
