Cancellation Policy
StackFast customers may cancel recurring subscriptions without contacting sales for permission. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not erase work already delivered or fees already incurred.
How to cancel
Use the contact form and include the billing email, product name, and cancellation request. If a self-service billing portal is available for your plan, StackFast may provide that portal link so you can cancel directly.
Effective date
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that period. StackFast may immediately restrict access for fraud, abuse, non-payment, or security reasons.
Confirmation
We will send a cancellation confirmation to the billing email or account contact after processing the request. Keep that confirmation for your records.
