Auto-Renewal Terms
These terms apply when a StackFast Store plan is sold as a monthly, annual, or other recurring subscription. One-time purchases do not automatically renew.
Recurring charges
By buying a recurring plan, you authorize StackFast and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file at the displayed price and billing interval until you cancel. Taxes, usage-based fees, or written enterprise terms may apply when disclosed before purchase or in a signed agreement.
Affirmative consent before checkout
StackFast checkout requires an affirmative acknowledgment of the refund policy, cancellation policy, terms, privacy policy, and, for subscription plans, these auto-renewal terms before a Stripe Checkout session can be created.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals through the cancellation process described in the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation should be available without an unnecessary retention step or hidden approval requirement.
